Instructions for new teams:
As part of your participation in the race, we encourage you to get your friends and family involved in the cause you are supporting. All donations are tax-deductible and will go toward supporting Partners in Routt County mentoring programs. No amount is too small, and every gift is greatly appreciated!
Fundraising Incentives – prizes will be awarded to the top three teams who raise the most money. Prizes include a Big Agnes mtnGLOW tent, Helinox chairs, and Honey Stinger energy food.
There are two ways you can help raise funds.
The first is by creating an online fundraising page. The process is easy and the benefits are huge! To get started go to the Partners profile page and then click on the “create a fundraiser” button on the right. Follow the directions from there.
Participants may also fundraise offline (cash or check only) and mail or drop off the money at Partners in Routt County office in Sundance Plaza by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 22nd. Offline gifts should be tracked using the offline gift fundraising form. Please include the filled-out fundraising form with your cash/check donations. Donations will not count toward your fundraising total until the cash or check and pledge form have been received and verified by Partners in Routt County.
